Don't be put off by the exterior, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a good base for visiting gothenburg city. close to a tram stop, the number 1 tram runs frequently into the centre of the city taking around 15 minutes. the hotel bedrooms are basic and a bit tired but clean with all you need for a comfortable stay. i wouldn't recommend the outdoor pool however as it looked like it had not been cleaned for a while! overall though a good basic hotel, excellent location and good value for money
