Husband and wife - spent 3 nights at the apex on a long weekend trip to edinburgh . the location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walk to waverley station and the end of princes street and a few minutes more to the old town. all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. the food was excellent, we had one very enjoyable evening meal. the standard room was large enough with a big, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom with large shower. wife used the spa pool. couldn't really fault anything!
