Nice hotel/good location

This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel and both visits have been enjoyable. the rooms are clean and comfortable and all hotel staff friendly and attentive. ideal location. my only problem is breakfast - it can be very busy at certain times. there is a large variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. i did not like the pastries and french bread rolls as they did not seem to be fresh each day, but there was enough choice of other foods etc for breakfast. on my first visit to the hotel i had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good.

Great hotel

My daughter and i stayed at this hotel on 7th nov 20009 and had a really good time. hotel was very central to everything we wanted.the hotel itself is beatiful. the staff really friendly. our bedroom was beatiful and immaculatly clean.only down side was we had booked dinner and was not impressed by it. the resturant was really busy which wasnot the problem as the service was good, but the meal itself wasnot. the meals could do with being a bit hotter and three tiny prawns and three tiny bits of peppers on a skewer was a bit mean ok if you were a rabbit as there was a mountain of lettuce which was totally bland. putting the restaurant aside i would definately stay here again but not eat there

Hip and friendly

Really enjoyed my stay in this centrally located hotel.the staff were exceptionally welcoming and actually seemed genuinely pleased to attend to guests,unlike some other establishments i have stayed at.the bar and restaurant were tastefully decorated with a good range of well prepared food and drink.rooms were fairly large (i had a double and single bedded room)and well furnished.being at the front there was some road noise but at acceptable level to allow sleep.as a lone female traveller i felt safe and comfortable at this modern but not pretentious hotel.

I have used this hotel on several occasions for business colleagues visiting glasgow and they are all delighted with the hotel for its service, location and well furnished rooms.
