Found hotel to be very good but reception staff very rude when ordering taxi they said they couldnt but could offer me a transfer for 10 euros i said no & inreturn they gave me a taxi number for me to call i have never experienced this service in any hotel. then i lost the key one night and gave me a spare key but with nonelectricity in the room was there all night with two children a1 year old & 5 year old finally my husband convinced the receptionist 4 a key with electricity but said had 2 bring it by 8 next morning or they would charge me 35 euros thought this was appalling. thank god i found the keys the next day
