Three wet days in venice

Excellent value and service from the hotel, clean and friendly. bars and restaurants very expensive. 7 euro for a pint! restaurants around st marco advertise menu del giorno in the evening and it is not available - just a lure to get you inside. when the sun shines you see the beauty of venice (and the crowds even in january).
