Extremely clean, air conditioned, excellent location, friendly staff, modest but comfy room, good price. poor breakfast (sweet pastries and hot drinks from a vending machine) and poor sound insulation - get ear plugs! may not be suitable for people with limited mobility and families with small children - steps, heavy doors and a small lift. no traffic noise but the tiny inner court yard was dark and fumey and we couldn't keep the window open. good location for cheaper bars and restaurants close to the la rambla.
