Overall, the stay was fine. there was an issue and they took care of it and i received quick response from marriott customer service. i was not expecting them to contact me after i completed a survey on line explaing what the issue was. very professional.

The staff at the marriott anaheim hotel were friendly and helpful right from check-in to check-out, which was especially impressive given how crowded the hotel was during a major conference. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated having a balcony where we could gaze out over the pool and get some fresh air. the only minor area where i thought there was room for improvement was in housekeeping, as i had to call to get some of the toiletries replenished. otherwise, i was perfectly satisfied and would definitely go to this hotel again if i were in the anaheim are.
