Not as expected

We had booked this hotel from the 4-9/7. arrived in the evening, everything was closed at 21.00. no service, no food or drinks. we left the hotel morning the 5/7, and will never go back to this hotel. since everything was prepaid, this are the most expensive hotel night ever.
