Piacevole

La posizione dell'albergo nella baia è perfetta,si riesce a vedere l'alba sul mare e anche la luna rischiara il mare durante la notte.non è tanto grande per cui è ancora più piacevole.

Excellent

My husband and i stayed at ambassador hotel in xemxija from september 5 until september 10. the hotel was situated in a very quiete area close to bus stops and a few restaurants. we absolutely enjoyed our stay there, the rooms were clean, air conditioned and with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. the cleaning lady was very nice to us and she was always responding to our needs. the view to saint paul's bay was amazing and we truly enjoyed our stay there. the staff at the reception was absolutely amazing, so helpful and nice. especially jasette who was telling us every day useful information and she answered to all our questions about malta. she also offered us one of the best excursions there and was always giving us guidance how to reach different attractions in malta. everybody was very friendly at the reception and we would recommend this hotel to all our friends.

Weekend break

This hotel can be very good but is badly in need of a refurbishment. everything about it is old and worn out. small and bare rooms. tv with 7 local channels. no toiletries. mini bar, kettle etc all must be paid for at reception if you need them. beds are comfortable. it has a fantastic balcony view and the best thing about it is the staff who are most courteaus and polite.

Ambassador malte

Un hotel qui effectue le surbooking et qui n'assure pas le service du au hôtel c'est à dire s'occupé du reclassement de ces clients. après un long voyage, nous sommes arrivés à l'hotel qui nous dit qu'il est complet malgrès la réservation effectuée deux mois auparavant. le manager nous envoie dans un autre hotel mais pas pour le séjour complet juste pour une partie ce qui nous oblige à refaire les valises en plein séjour. la date de retour dans l'ambassador venu, aucune nouvelle de l'hotel qui se fait muet. il a fallu se déplacer jusqu'à celui-ci afin de savoir ce qui se passait. oublié par le responsable qui nous prépare à la va vite une chambre crasseuse et en très mauvais état. bruyant, pas propre, très mal situé, avec un personnel peu agréable hors mis les gens se trouvant au restaurant, je ne le conseil à personne. mieux vaut choisir un autre hotel. la crasse va même jusqu'à la piscine non entrenue qui ne donne pas envie du tout de s'y baigner. un hotel comme on en voit dans ses pires cauchemars. les photos que l'on peut voir sont trompeuses et dates d'au moins 15 ans.
