The hotel has a tourist category, very basic, with an informal atmosphere, ideal for young target/informal client who wish a simple stay without pretensions. Poor quality but very convenient location for sightseeings. The hotel has a large breakfast room with 55 seats and a lift. Bad service!!!!
This is very bad experience i have came across. i reached the hotel in the middle of the night due to strikes in paris. when i reach the hotel, they told me my name was not there and will check it again for me. i have waited for 1 hour, they told me i did not informed them that i will reach at that time and they have already given my room to other people. i have already paid for it and this is what answer and service i got from them and they transferred me to another hotel (hotel central) which is far from the previous place we booked and they told me they will include breakfast for me. but well, when we told the hotel central people that hotel altona said that breakfast is included but they refused to served us with breakfast. i will definitely wont be choosing this hotel again for my next visit!!!
