Stayed here for 4 nights. was greeted by a very helpful, friendly receptionist and fortune to get an upgrading to a junior suite at no extra cost. rooms clean, modern with all the facilities expected. public areas such as lobby bar, very pleasant. bar and food prices high but services excellent and friendly. location perfect for prague

The room did nt meet up to 5 stars. but it was very clean. double bed was 2 single mattrasses with single duvets. shower in the bathtub leaked. the location was great and so was the breakfast. the decor of the hotel was very nice and in tune with rest of prague. staff was ok, we had to que to get seated for breakfast. the garage was very tight, would nt recommend it if you have a big car. there was free internet which was good but the connection kept dropping out. there was a nespresso machine in the room but you had to pay for it. there was even a price for the tea which i think should be complimentary at a 5 star hotel.
