Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à l'hôtel
la chambre était imprégné par l'odeur de cigarette 2 piscine était fermé alors que sur le site se n est pas presicé manque de propreté au niveau des buffet et la chaîne du froid n est pas du tout respecté bref très déçu ne le recommanderais pas

Very good location and nice people
The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and to the city center. people are mostly young and nice, drinking all days long. the hotel staff is very different, there are people who are very nice and willing to help, but not all, some are quite rude and impolite. the hotel itself is quite old and in some buildings there are troubles with hot and cold water, with hair dryers, with towels. the mosquitoes are just terrible, you should definitely take some repellent with you. the food and the drinks are ok, you always have something delicious to eat and drink, ice-cream is so good! the ocean and the beach are just amazing! i think if the price was lower, it would be the ideal place for young people's vacations))

Nice stay at the hotel palma real in varadero beach-cuba.
This hotel was according with the expectancy that i hope and the information that was provided to me for hotelclick, i think that hotelclick team is very professional and confident, i will not hesitate to contact them for my booking in the future, my family enjoy a lot the stay in palma real hotel, thank you so much and keep a success performance.
