The hotel is situated in a small and elegant Venetian palace with 12 junior suites. Each is decorated with precious velvet brocade of diverse colours and elements typical of Venetian style. My girlfriend and i stayed at this hotel last week for 4 nights and i thoroughly enjoyed my time here. the hotel is located in a nice little corner directly off st marks square. if you get the water bus (vaporetto) from the airport to st marks square its literally a 3 - 5 minute walk away from the water bus terminal, depending on how many heavy bags your girlfriend makes you carry 😊nice and busy during the day with a number of restaurants/coffee houses nearby but surprisingly peaceful in the late evening. the room was lovely, clean, spacious and very well presented with a nice modern yet authentic feel. the staff around the hotel were incredibly polite and cheerful and were happy to help out with all of our needs. the room service breakfast was very nice with a decent selection to choose from and the friendly reception girl even had us a takeaway breakfast prepared and waiting for us at reception (@ 6am) for the morning of our flight home. i couldn't fault anything about my stay at this hotel (which is a first). highly recommended.
