Das hotel ist in optimaler lage. alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. das empfangs-personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. die zimmer sind sauber. optimal für einen kurzurlaub in nizza.

Molto ospitali, posto molto centrale... purtroppo bagno minuscolo non si poteva muovere... la pulizia abbiamo dovuto dirlo di pulire la doccia...

Nur eine übernachtung: nette dame an der rezeption, aber der herr für die nachtrezeption, der auch zum frühstück um halb acht noch da war, war sehr unfreundlich und so gar nicht hilfbereit. ansonsten zimmer klein, aber ok, nur etwas arg mit schlechtem geruch ausgestattet. frühstück nicht üppig (nur butter und marmelade für das brot), aber für französiche verhältnisse noch gerade akzeptabel, weil es auch o-saft gab!

L'hotel è in una posizione ideale: vicino alla città vecchia e alla spiaggia, ottimo per visitate nizza completamente a piedi. nelle vicinanze sono presenti numerosi parcheggi se si arriva in macchina. il personale è stato accogliente e disponibile ed è presente 24h/24. la stanza è essenziale, piccola ma pulita e funzionale. non c'è l'aria condizionata ma un ventilatore. non c'è la tv. complessivamente siamo stati molto bene all'hotel acanthe è lo consigliere per il suo ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. l'unica pecca è il fatto che le stanze che danno sulla strada possono risultare un po rumorose.

Hotel in posizione centrale, stanze piccole con moquette ovunque, buon wifi nelle stanze anche ai piani alti. da utilizzare per brevi periodi. non ho usufruito della colazione a pagamento in hotel. molto disponibile lo staff.

Le camere sono estremamente piccole, se volevo aprire l'armadio dovevo spostare il letto. appena entrati in camera il primo giorno abbiamo trovato un telo da bagno già usato in precedenza.quando facevamo la doccia dovevamo far attenzione a non bagnare nemmeno un minimo in terra perchè sennò la camera si bagnava completamente. i giorni seguenti non ci hanno lasciato in camera nemmeno gli asciugamani puliti!

Nous sommes satisfait du séjour passé à l'hotel acanthe, l'accueil est très sympathique, la chambre très propre et la proximité du centre ville et de la mer no négligeable. seul inconvénient la chambre était vraiment petite et la rue très bruyante la nuit. par ailleurs la climatisatio ne serati pas superflue.

Kind staff, exellent location, very nice place to stay for travellers who only use hotel for sleeping and taking a shower. not many services and breakfest is very tiny. rooms are ok.
