Arrived on hogmanay 2007, wiith two rooms booked through hotelclick.com, the rooms were booked under one of my friends name and not my name which i put down as the head booking which caused a bit of confusion at the desk. however this was sorted out within 5 minutes, hotel itself is very clean very tidy and perfectly located on market street for the new year street party on union st, a 10 second walk and your in the street party. breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location; just across from the train/bus station and just off union st. the hotel staff are very friendly. i've seen on some reveiws that people complain about the bar prices; the bar prices are not overpriced for a city at all. the only little down side was the size of our room; it was very small; the furniture just fitted in and no more; other than that the hotel is great.

This is a basic but clean and comfortable hotel in a good central location near to bus/rail stations and aberdeens main shopping area. there is no parking at this hotel but they offer a 25% discount on the nearby ncp at shiprow. breakfast is buffet style and caters for most tastes. there is a nice bar/bistro in the hotel

The hotel was clean and very helpful. my husband arrived early and was offered to put our baggage into the room before the 2pm deadline.

Excellent staff were very helpful and friendly. from the reception staff to the chambermaids. although we found being in the town centre rather noisy, the ease of being right in the town more than compensated we definatly would revisit there on our next trip to aberdeen.

Fantastic location, right in the city centre. rooms are a wee bit small but everything is there. the breakfast was one of the best i have ever had. great selection of fried foods and cereals and fruit and yogurts etc etc etc.
