Alles ok

Guter 5 nächteaufenthalt mit allem, was grundsätzlich benötigt wird. service an der rezeption doch mit einiger verzögerung. ansonsten soweit alles ok.

Frechheit!!

Das system hat falsch gebucht: anstelle eines doppelzimmers ein shared room. das hotel war nicht in der lage, die buchung intern umzubuchen, ich musste nochmal ein doppelzimmer bezahlungen und hab das geld für das shared room nicht zurückbekommen oder angerechnet bekommen! einfach nur eine abzocke und frechheit!
