Discover Tripoli

Tripoli has 1.69 million inhabitants, it is the capital of Libya in northern Africa. The city is located in the north-west of the country on the edge of the desert. The climate is typically Mediterranean, with hot, dry summers, cool winters and some modest rainfall. Its climate is sometimes influenced by the winds from the Sahara desert. Important monuments: Arch of Marcus Aurelius, Tripoli Cathedral and Governor's Palace.
