1. the hotel took £30 off my card on arrival, not just "took an imprint", actually took the cash - said it was "in case i lost the key". 2. my friend's room door was open when we got back from the theatre even though the room had been cleaned earlier in the day - no need for staff to enter. 3. breakfast was just adequate. 4. i think you need to take care of yourself, lock windows and doors, check your card payments, find your own fire escape as fire evacuation sign said "over the roof" - what?
