Hotel très calme et beau. chambre style thai spacieuses et impeccables, restaurant de la piscine très correct, magnifique piscine mais pas de plage! l'accueil pas aimable à peine bonjour, juste passeport et carte de crédit. de même au départ, pas un sourire,. dommage de bonnes réceptionniste sont une excellente carte de visite et la première et dernière impression sont ce que l'on garde le plus

We took one of the luxury rooms for 6 nights and were delighted with every aspect of the hotel, staff and service. it was excellent. as with everything, there are always things that could be better so in the interests of objectivity, i'll list them but in no way did they seriously affect our enjoyment. firstly, it's some way from the centre of hua hin. there are four free daily shuttle buses provided by the hotel and tuc tucs are only 150baht. the local buses are about 20baht so getting to and from hua hin isn't a problem. the on site food is good but fairly expensive for thailand - we ate out a lot and there's a great little bar/restaurant across the road with good, inexpensive food. similarly, the spa facilities looked fantastic but were so much more expensive than outside the hotel. the hotel was fairly quiet whilst we were there - this didn't bother us but if you're seeking company you may be disappointed. the pool was fantastic, the room superb and spotlessly clean. we really enjoyed the breakfasts - cereals, cooked foods, fruit etc. the staff were friendly and helpful. would we return? you bet!
