We loved everything about the hotel. we used the pool and the gym regularly. the only glitch was that on our last day, the room was accidentally not cleaned. we returned from a full day out at 9 pm to find the room as we had left it early that morning. the gentelman at the front desk was helpful in that he supplied us with clean towels and toiletries that needed replenishment, however, the room could not be cleaned at that point. we met with the manager the next day, and he was both apologetic and took concrete measures to make up for the error.
