The plantation is a beautiful resort. we enjoyed our 5 days there immensely. the problem was i requested a handicapp room and it took them 3 times to find us that room. the 1 st room was in the tennis villa with 2 flights of stairs, the second room was courtyard villa was beautiful, but way to far to walk and finally the 3rd room was ok. on the 2 to last day we did find a shorter way to get to the lobby. i think they should have made that aware to us. everyone was very friendly and helpful. the tram was always available for transportation. the only negative i think is no transportation to and from the resort.,at those prices i would think it would be available. over all we had a good time. would recommend it highly especially for families.,
