Tropicana has a great location. it was near the marathon start and larger hotels with better restaurant options. the rooms are clean and nice. the hotel is smaller than some of the mega hotels, which makes it a great place for getting around/using as a home base.

We stayed at trpoicana for two nights. its updated and i love the where its located. hotelsclick made this an easy booking and the checking process was great. the pool area is big and great for kids.

We loved the tropicana. the rooms were comfortable and spacious. the gaming area is bright and friendly and the grounds are lovely.

Paid the room charge through hotelsclick and checked in room 269 on july 10 and 11. confirmed everything was settled when check out. there is no mini bar inside room and we had not used any room services that were chargeable. however later found out that $ 44.78 was charged to my credit card account. my friend travelling with me who check in room 267 on same dates also experienced the same. this is not a coincidence. complained through hotel's website but got no response, this is a scam!

The room was certainly value for money. we paid for the room through hotelclicks and check in room 267 on july 10 and 11. confirmed everything was settled when check out but was charged $44.78 to my credit card account. complained through tropicana's website but got no reply. is it poor accounting system or poor customer service, or is it a scam? i will not recommend thus hotel.
