Our first room was small, shabby and looked out on a concrete yard and brick wall at the back of the hotel - hardly the standard of a supposedly 4 star hotel! however , our dissatisfaction was speedily dealt with, and we were given a much better room at the front of the hotel, overlooking the cite. after this rocky start, our stay was fine. the room was cleaned every day and we were quite happy with it. we did not use the restaurant facilities at all as they seemed to us overpriced and we preferred to sample different venues in the town.
