Very clean, nice rooms. beds were also fairly comfortable, not too soft or hard. staff were usually very nice, warm and welcoming.

Hotel is good but staff were rude, unhelpful and uncaring. got food poisoning and all staff cared about was paying for another night immediately despite the fact i couldn't leave the bathroom.

Nice hotel. good location great rooms but.... it was like getting onto disney ride checking in. roped off queuing lines. it too exactly one hour to check in. that is pathetic. we regularly go on cruises where 2 to 4000 people check in in a four hour period

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights! i can not complain at all everything was great! amazing buffet, great service, and clean rooms!

Pleasant place, the area around the hotel included a mall type setting with over priced eateries. we were slammed with a 'resort' fee for the price of the room, hince the hotels recoop for the super great 'deal'.
