Einfach, aber ausreichend

Wir waren 14 tage dort, zimmer/motel ist schon etwas in die jahre gekommen, könnte mal renoviert werden (duschkopf verrostet, keine handbrause, wasserhahn ist immer nachgelaufen). zimmer war mit 2 großen betten, 2 kühlschränken, mikrowelle und fernseher sowie kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. typisch amerikanisch, wobei ein kühlschrank die sachen sofort gefrieren hat lassen (defekt). zimmerservice hat nur die betten gemacht und handtücher gebracht, teppich wurde nur selten gesaugt und waschbecken auch nur ab und zu geputzt. frühstück typisches continentales frühstück, leider in 14 tagen immer die gleiche marmelade und überhaupt keine abwechslung. für kurzurlauber oder durchreisende bestens geeignet. frühstücksraum für die vielen zimmer definitiv zu klein.

Awesome find close to parks

Ok. i was searching for a cheap hotel for 2 nights so i read the reviews which were mixed and we took a chance and booked here at the travel lodge. we were really surprised at the room it had 2 beds and a sofa bed which was a lot of room for my family of 4 the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. listen, for $40 per night or less you really will be impressed with what you receive for the price. the pool area is a bit dated but it was clean at all times the staff really keep the grounds clean. also, the breakfast area is old and could use a coat of fresh paint but hey its complimentary continental breakfast but if your looking for more there's a waffle house next door (the late night cook is horrible). also, bring your own traveling iron because most of the times it wasn't available. every room does not have an iron but they do have hair dryers, microwave, and mini fridge. kudos to the staff the room was great, clean and comfy the entire time and we will be back next year. on a side note there was a member of the staff knocking very loud on my door at 8:45am to replace a wheel on the sofa bed... i thought that was weird i mean he really should at least wait until noon for that it was really early on a sunday and he kept knocking until i told him to go away. train them on courtesy please. we had a second floor room ! loved it
