I have stayed at travelodges many times over the last 20+ years and they do the job they are designed for in that if you are looking for a cheap nights stay without frills these are the ones to use. unfortunately they are getting a bit tired and worn out. the edge of desk had been used by lots of people to open beer bottles and had big scratches in it. it was clean enough but has the air of somewhere that has been the same way for 20 years. this one used to have an eddie rockets next door. now it's cakked rockin joes but it's definately not rockin, it's slow and the waitress obviously doesn't want to be there.
