The hotel is indeed a beautiful place to stay. it is well situated in the middle of many cosy little streets close to everything. we had half board and the food was good. we will come back, but not in the hottest season next time. during summer: be prepared for moscitos! the staff was always polite and helpful. a calm and quiet atmosphere.

I have stayed there based on the rating and the price, when i arrived i found that the hotel is too old, they put me in a room that nothing nearly was functioning in, the guy responsible for the repairs lied to me saying when you come back the lights will be fixed, then later discovered that the electrician is not even working that day had to change my room late at night. the mosquitoes are unbearable, you can not depend on their internet if you have work to be done, the computer is toooooooooooo slow and they have something wrong with the connection that you can't log to your laptop. i stayed in hostels much better than this hotel.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel ...stayed 4 nights it was a beautiful old hotel located within easy distance to medina , shops etc.. service was not good during the 4 days my husband & i had our room cleaned once.took 2 days to get a tv going and food was not very good nor plentiful especially at breakfast where it seemed to be an effort for the waiter to be friendly.the reception staff were helpful and the evening waiter was very good. ask for a room at the front and not near the nightclub next door it was loud with music and people arguing in the lane everynight.

As i was looking on-line for a place to stay in casablanca, by pure chance, i came upon this charming hotel. although if a traveler is looking for a "new, modern, holiday inn-type" place to stay, do not book. however, if you are into "grand funk"and charm, this is the place for you! karen savannah, georgia

L'hotel est correct mais à beaucoups trop d'inconvénients 1° le petit dejeuner est nul 2°les serviettes sont usées jusqu'à la corde 3°l'hotel dispose d'une boite de nuit et la chambre était au dessus autant dire qu'il n'y a aucune insonorisation il ne faut pas compter vous endormir avant 3heures du matin!! sauf si vous êtes insomniaque n'y aller pas

L'albergo ha una reception e dei saloni molto belli.la struttura è considerevole ,è un vero gioiello dell'arte deco.anche la posizione è buona.le camere ,invece ,lasciano un pò a desiderare.il bagno andrebbe rifatto.e' comunque molto buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo

charming hotel,beautiful reception/foyer, lots of original features. stayed 3 nights,location great, within walking distance of everything, lovely room, breakfast fine, staff pleasant & helpful. don't get your laundry done here as its expensive,cost stg £16 to get 16 pairs of socks/underpants washed, thats £1 each item, probably could have bought new ones cheaper! though my mistake for not checking price first.
