Our booking was not found in their system upon our arrival

So as it is clear already from the title, the booking was just not in the system. we spent 30 minutes at the reception clarifying the things. after we got the room, at 1 am the security guard tried to enter our room with his key, assuming the room was not occupied. there is certainly the problem of communication between the booking system and hotel system
