Got married a weekend before and decided to accommodate a couple of guest here. ended up booking 7 deluxs rooms for 2 nights. asked for a room on a top floor, got one on the first even i had made the reservation months in advance. the third bed they put in was like a hospital bed, took photos as i couldn't believe that a well known hotel would embarrassed itself by providing a bed like that. service was aweful. staff was rude and kept charging me for things we didnt use. be careful when you pay and check what they charge for the minibar and parking. their whole system was down (apperently was being updated) and couldnt use anything for a day. needed to check out a day before but wanted us to pay again the next day. very bed experience.
