Had a fantastic stay in brighton. despite hotels click false advertising the staff at the old ship couldn't have been more obliging. hotels click allowing me to select and pay for a double room but went on to book a twin at the hotel with a note requesting a double bed, without my knowledge, and unfortunately there were no double rooms available when we arrived. the hotel manager was very apologetic and offered a free upgrade to a superior room. fantastic service for an issue that was no fault of their own. the hotel is in a great location, the room was beautiful and the staff very accommodating. i would definitely stay again but will not be booking via hotels click.
