I love the florida hotel. i have been there twice or three times a year in the last 12 years. the front desk people are very helpfull and courteous. the bell men also. the rooms are great and the location is spetacular. i recommend this hotel for everybody.

Hotel bien placé (avec une voiture cependant) , car à proximité des parcs d'attraction d'orlando et des mall, mais plutot vieillissant et doté d'un personnel à la réception très peu aimable. lit d'appoint pas fait à notre arrivé le soir à 23h, et lit principal pas fait le lendemain !!

Booked this hotel because wanted to do shopping before going on a cruise.love the ease of slipping back to the hotel to drop off shopping use the loo before just walking back out to shop some more & great to fall into your lovely spacious room with your take out from the food hall at the end of the day.thoroughly recommend.
