Originally booked twin room at villa florence hotel - with booking accepted. hotels click reported that hotel of choice was overbooked and moved to the larkspur hotel union square. at time of hotel change - the booking was also changed from a twin room to a double room. booking company informed me that they had informed hotel that a room with 2 beds was requried. however, when we arrived at hotel we found that only a very small single room with one bed was booked for us. ended up having to move to another hotel for the first night in san fran. as we were only staying for 2 nights this was very inconvenient. not sure if the issue was with the hotel or with booking company.
