Hotel reopening 19 June 2020 Alpine Spa will undergo an uplift of its facilities from January 30 through April 6 2020 inclusive. During this time the spa is subject to full closure however we invite our guests on a complimentary basis to discover wellness and well being in an exclusive way at our Waldhotel Spa. We will also offer a dining credit of 100.00 CHF per room per stay to be consumed during the stay at hotel restaurants during this period. Thank you for your understanding. We are looking forward to welcoming you. The Buergenstock Hotel is located 450 meters above Lake Lucerne and is surrounded by the Swiss Alps. You have got a 360 degree view from the whole hotel. The hotel is right in the middle of the historic Buergenstock Resort a 60 hectares large private ground on the Buergenberg. Nevertheless it takes only 1 minute to the own funicular which brings you to the ship station of Kehrsiten. From there it only takes 25 minutes to the city of Lucerne. An additionally shuttle bus runs regularly between the resort and the next train station.Room Reservations for more than 5 rooms All rooms reservations of more than 5 rooms up to 10 rooms for same stay dates same arrival and departure pattern or similar features such as room types pax occupancy etc overlapping same dates will be treated as group reservations and will be subject to different terms and conditions than the ones initially booked as per system booking confirmations.
