Great location, but a bit sterile

We stayed at the 1'st floor, so we didn't get any day light in the room. the room was nice, but at bit sterile. concrete building and tile floor. the room had a small kitchen and an ok bathroom. a good place to stay, if you want to be in south beach and mainly use the room to sleep and eat breakfast. be aware that the reception is in the rental office at the corner of the building.
