The location is one of the best in london; 5 minutes walk from covent gardens and from piccadilly circus. in the area there are plenty of fine restaurants and shops. the hotel is stylish, comfortable, with beautiful rooms; the service is as usually excellent.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits avec ma femme,nous avons eu une superbe chambre de luxe au 6e étage,très belle vue,autrement le petit déjeuner est extra et le personnel très attentionné,aussi bien à la reception qu'au restaurant,nous retournerons dans cet hotel sans hésiter.positionnement au centre de tout,nous avons tout fait à pieds!

Excellents accueil et service, les locaux sont enchanteurs.la situation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour se promener à pied dans les différents quartiers londoniens. seule petite critique s'il faut en faire une : notre chambre était un peu petite, il manquait quelques mètres carrés pour être parfaitement à l'aise.

Smart hotel but room very cramped - not what you would expect from 5 star - have stayed in several in london and this the poorest. no bath just shower - again in 5 star would expect both. no tea /coffee-making facilities either just a lot of gimmicks they try to sell in room eg. baseball caps! breakfast very poor value.

This is our second stay here. our first stay was for our wedding anniversary two years ago. upon arrival, reception up-graded our room for free, to a larger room, with garden terrace. we also had a complimentary bottle of champers sent to our room. nice touch! unfortunately, this time it was my husband's 40th and despite mentioning this, we had to pay to upgrade to a larger room with garden terrace and had no free bottle of bubbly :-(
