I made a reservation at this hotel 4 months in advance. this was confirmed. when i arrived at the hotel they had given my room to a tour group and had rebooked me at an equivalent standard of hotel in a diffrent part of the city. whilst it was a 3 star hotel, it was not an equivalent standard. i was not alone as they had also moved three other bookings to another hotel. i would therefore suggest that if you want to stay in a specific hotel in krakow give this a miss as in my experience you could end up anywhere. having said that the agency i booked through (hotelsclick.com) responded very promptly when i contacted them. they too were unaware that the hotel had done this and were very supportive.
