Arrived at 1am and we were greeted by friendly concierge team and porters who checked us in and offered us mint tea. they upgraded our room as it was very quiet. during our stay the pool side staff members went out of their way every day to ensure we were happy and all our needs were met. the breakfast staff were always friendly and made you feel like there was nothing you couldn't ask of them. food was delicious, rooms were always clean. i also liked the fact you could use the facilities of their hotel next door- the thalassa, which is absolutely stunning! would recommend this hotel 10 times over!
