Overall it was a nice stay, disappointed that none of the therapy showers worked in the spa and the relaxing lounge, wasn't relaxing at all as a ice machine was being used which very loud also the staff were very busy and no offer of drinks. we also had to change room as the first given stunk of smoke and the shower leaked all over the floor. the second room was amazing but very close to the lift so was not the quietest. saying that i would stay again but request a nicer room to start with!
