Very good location, close to major attractions and shopping streets. we had a very dark room with no view. the bathroom was clean, but does not meet the 5 star hotel. breakfast is plentiful and delicious. the service at breakfast - not very good. we had a sofa bed for the kid for free.

Stayed for one night and was enough. this sheraton is definitely not a 5* hotel and much below average sheraton standards. first room was just unacceptable and second one was better, but bathroom totally outdated. breakfast is good, the best in my overnight stay, but also not 5* standard.

The hotel was 4+ star hotel for me. very good breakfast and service. the cafe was excellent. i recomment it for an afternoon tea.

This hotel is excellently located very near green park tube station. we had a standard room and it was very generous in size and quiet. we had a king sized and very comfortable bed. the full english breakfast was extremely good, with a wide choice. we would have loved to have taken afternoon tea in the lovely cafe and bar area if we had had more time in london.

Siamo arrivati in metropolitana a gree park ed in pochi minuti siamo arrivati in albergo.ottimo il ricevimento e buona la stanza,solo poco riscaldamento .ottima la colazione di tipo inglese. l'albergo risulta centrale e ben collegato. a due passi hard rock cafe.

Hotel in posizione strategica, comodo per moltissime linee della metropolitana. molto elegante, curato, personale molto professionale e disponibile. la camera non molto grande, ma accogliente e con tutti i confort. televisore piatto, cassaforte personale, phon, ferro, ecc. il letto matrimoniale molto ambio. il letto aggiuntivo, inizialmente "piccolo" ma poi senza chiederlo ne è stato messo uno più comodo e imbottito. i bagagli sono stati custoditi il giorno della partenza gratuitamente. si sono occupati loro di mettere i francobolli ed inviare le cartoline.

The common parts of the hotel were well maintained however the room's decor was dated and and needed upgrading - not what we would expect from a four star hotel at the price we paid. take care to wear a jumper, scarf and gloves when going to breakfast as this was always a very cold experience - a problem with the air conditioning. staff were always helpful and courteous. hotel location excellent for shops and theatre land and tube station close by.

Excellent service from hotelsclick with no problems booking in at all. room in the hotel not bad. beds very comfortale but bathroom very old and tired. breakfast included which was well worth it as it was delightful.

its a very nice and pleasant hotel with an exellent location. but, i think the rooms need some renovations and refurnishing in the future,but all in one the hotel is very pleasant.

The room at the hotel was small and in need of refurbishment. cleaning of room could have been better.in fact whole hotel needed an update. food was good and service excellent. the staff were very friendly and helpful
