Great location for air travel

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, upgraded to a newly remodeled room. staff members very helpful with any request we had. wifi isn't free and should be. we were given a voucher for it.

Connected in comfort

Great hotel for an overnight stay if you have to go thru frankfurt . conveniently connected on the level 3 walkway from the airport, directly atop the local rail service and connected to the beautiful modern long distance rail service train station in the squaire. excellent buffet full breakfast. our original plans were to take the train into town for dinner but since it was raining, we stayed in and ate a delicious dinner at one of the many restaurants in the squaire.

Location, location, location

The hotel is somewhat rundown, lacking its original luxury. what really saves it is its location, ideal for anyone moving through fra or having to catch early morning flights. regular prices are too expensive for what it offers, so it is indispensable to get a quote from one of the wholesaler sites like hotelsclick.com

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Wir kamen mitten in der nacht an, mussten zwar klingeln und wurden gefragt, was unsere zimmernummer ist, dort war auch eine kamera. das fanden wir aber gut, da es deutlich zur sicherheit beiträgt. sehr netter empfang, gute information. das zimmer ist ausreichend groß, alles tip top sauber, fön, kosmetikspiegel, alles da. vom flughafenlärm bzw. straße kriegt man absolut nichts mit, obwohl teilweise gates auf der anderen straßenseite liegen, nur das abfertigungsgebäude dazwischen. klimaanlage selbst regulierbar, sehr bequeme betten. das frühstück läßt wirklich keine wünsche offen, es gab absolut alles, was ich mir wünschen konnte. die küche war offen, man konnte beim kochen zusehen, alles pickobello sauber. sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes personal. absolut weiterzuempfehlen. vor allem wenn man einen guten preis dafür erwischt hat...

Super gelegenes und gut gefuehrtes hotel

Als wir mit dem zug im fernbahnhof angekommen sind waren es nur noch ein paar minuten als wir endlich einchecken konnten! vom bahnhof airport zum hotel sind es 3 minuten und es ist alles super ausgeschildert! der empfang im hotel war einfach nur super! das personal ist freundlich und fraggte wie die anreise war und was der grund fuer den aufenthalt. die zimmer sind modern in hellen farben eingerichtet. das bad ist gut, aber entspricht nicht unbedingt einem 5 sterne hotel, eher 3 bis 4 sterne, da es sehr hell ist (weisse fliessen) und keine seperate dusche beinhaltet.

First day of summer

Great service at check-in; we were moved through quickly which was great as we were tired. the room was warm as this was the first day that had reached 80f, and the a/c hadn't been turned on. we asked for an electric fan and got one; later the a/c kicked in and the room cooled. the taverine restaurant's service was good; but i wouldn't say the food was top notch. my dinner seemed out of the freezer section and warmed up. the morning buffet in flavors was absolutely much better; great atmosphere, good service, and a variety of breakfast foods. this is a great hotel in a perfect location; we were just put off a bit by the a/c thing and a really chain restaurant level dinner.
