A nice hotel however a terrible experience all round. my partner arrives and there's a ticking sound coming from the wall. my partner attempts to contact reception only to find that the phone is unplugged from the wall and very difficult to reattach - a major safety code violation. after reception was contacted by sitting underneath the desk we were moved rooms. what reception failed to tell us is that our new room had a function room above it so we had to listening to room shaking bass music until 12:30pm. on top of all this the air-conditioning in our room didn't work. by the end we were just happy to leave. we did appreciate the complimentary breakfast.
