Good rooms, so-so service

The duplex rooms are really nice and comfy, we liked the bed really much. the breakfast and the service is so-so for a five-star hotel, service lacking attention, the tea they served was already boiling for three hours in the morning. nontheless, a cheap option for a five-star hotel in bangkok.
