Comfortable hotel in a good location.

We wanted a hotel close to paddington, but in a smarter location with good tube and bus links to the west end. this hotel proved to be exactly that (tube at lancaster gate). staff were very friendly and our stay was comfortable and relaxing. a few problems. no tea & coffee making facilities in the room. although we weren't disturbed too much, the plumbing and floor above were quite noisy at times. complementary champagne was very welcome, but never offered, we had to ask each night.

Great hotel in a great location for travelers

The hotel is close to paddington station, and thus ideal for the heathrow express train link to heathrow. hyde park is a just few minutes walk away and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. the hotel is very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. i have been there twice now and plan to use it any time i am passing through london.

Un stanza claustrofobica

Hotel piccolo ma molto carino, in posizione perfetta, pulito e con personale cortese. la colazione viene servita in camera all'ora desiderata. unica pecca una stanza davvero microscopica, in cui risulta difficile persino muoversi in due e soprattutto la presunta vista "giardino" che diventa una vista "muro". tra l'altro la nostra scelta era stata nei confronti di un livello non standard ma lievemente superiore (classic). quindi attenzione alla stanza.

Royal park - overnight stay

My mother and i stayed over night at this delightful boutique hotel near to hyde park. we were met by a truely warm welcome, by staff who simply could not do enough to make our stay special. the room was spacious and beautifully furnished. the rooms did not have tea and coffee making facilities, however, roomservice provided these speedily and efficiently. we were leaving the hotel early in the evening to have dinner prior to the opera. hence, we were going to miss the champagne and canapes which are served early evening. the room service very kindly delivered 2 glasses of champagne direct to the room! a lovely stay, certainly recommended!

Quiet comfort in paddington

A very comfortable night's stay. the room was very clean and tidy and amazingly quiet for central london. the staff were courteous and helpful. just one little niggle - our breakfast, ordered for 9.30 didn't arrive until almost 10.00am - and as there are no hot drink facilities in the room we were gasping for a cuppa by the time it finally arrived.

Royal park

Accogliente, intimo, senza servizi (bar, ristorante ecc) ma organizzato con un buon servizio in camera. un hotel piccolo ma curato con gusto dei particolari a 2 passi dal metrò.
