Reception doesn't give much of welcome gesture. dirty bed sheet was quickly changed by the hotel staff. received apologies from the various staff. excellent service from alba, sophia and the housekeeping manager. would not hesitate to stay with room mate again. mini bar is full of non-free drinks, that leaves only a little bit of space to put our own drinks. free mobile wifi kit can be requested from the reception which is a good perk.

Had a lovely stay, staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. they sorted out my boyfriends 25th birthday for me and helped to make it a lovely stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble in all areas of the hotel. the price of the stay was very reasonable for the facilities and service provided. room was lovely and the location was a 10min walk from central station. had a lovely stay thank you very much :-)

Bellissimo hotel, ottima posizione per dormire in una zona tranquilla pur essendo vicinissimo al centro della città. camere spaziose e pulite. ottimi anche i servizi offerti come un router wi-fi portatile gratuito per avere il collegamento internet gratis mentre giri per la città (dedicato a chi non ha il roaming all'estero compreso nel suo piano tariffario). palestra aperta 24/24 e alla reception ti prestano addirittura l'ombrello in caso di pioggia.

Firstly, the hotels exterior is excellent, and easy to find from a short walk from central station. internally it looks a day old, with its clean, modern layout and furniture etc. the reception staff could not have been more helpful, even allowing us to check in some 3 hours earlier than the supposed time. the room was immaculate with an amazing view. the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom like new! we didn't get the opportunity to eat in the hotel restaurant but did wonder down on an evening. it was vibrant and the menu looked excellent, we will try it out on our next visit. book here with absolute confidence of a great stay.....
