Family hotel but beware of the noise

Second time staying at the hotel, same type of room, the family king,with bunkbed style for children. the hotel is under renovation, and its need a face lift for sure. very noisy sometimes when the music concert is having their live performance. for renovation noise, well, renovation will be noisy, so that facts of life, and already been warned in advance. the breakfast is either at hard rock hotel (looong q but better and much more food to choose) or at the michael, smaller area and nothing special- breakfast buffet.
