Stay at residence foch

The room was nice and clean. no complain. using the night machine to get the keys was confusing. first option: our reservation number from hotel click didn't match the one at the hotel, so we couldn't use it. the next option was the name. the reservation was done with just the last name and we didn't know about that. the third option was the credit card used. so again the hotel didn't have this since we made our reservation with hotel click and the residence foch didn't have that number either. we had to try multiple combination to figure out finally that the reservation was only with one last name to get the keys. it was a bit frustrating when we were there at 11:45 pm trying to get into the hotel. when we complain to the hotel the next day, they said that they didn't have a phone number to give the instructions about the night machine. i believe that hotel click should forward the client's phone number to the hotel where the reservation is being made so the hotel could get in touch with client with instruction a week before. also i didn't know it was so far from the lourdes shrine. quite a bit of walk.
