Old vienna hotel

I have been i vienna many many times and i love the city very much.i speak german to and i am a operafan,the first time i was there was l958 and since 1959 and c.a 30 years i was visiting vienna during the festwochen.i was in the opera and had a standing place, cost in parket 20 schillings,about 2 pounds.and still to at the age of 80 i like to bee by the standing people, cost 4 euro.vienna has many fine houses,and the city is an old city to walk around.hotel regina has the right viennastyle and i got a cake om my 80.th birthday.

Avevo gia' soggiornato in questo hotel. ho trovato un personale attento e professionale. la comunicazione è per lo più in inglese. le camere che mi hanno assegnato le ho trovate di buona metratura e con un panaroma sulla chiesa votiva molto interessante. buona la pulizia. la prima colazione e' internazionale di buona qualità. nel complesso un soggiorno positivo

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo buona pulizia ottima colazione avendo preso una stanza in offerta non sono in grado di conoscere lo standard degli altri alloggi. il personale alla reception è gentile ma un po' approssimativo. nella stanza tripla il terzo letto è indecoroso: poltrona letto a tre pezzi, su tre livelli e senza materasso, con un po' di insistenze è stato sostituito con una brandina.

Lovely hotel. old style in old vienna style

Nice rooms,good breakfast,you can have it outside on the garden.the hotel has walking distence to trains and to the middle of the city. nice staff and i had my birthday when i was there and got a cake (franz jofef style) from the hotel congratulations. i was 78 years, lovely.

The perfect place to stay!!!

The hotel's building, outside, is like an historic monument. inside the rooms are renovated with elegand decoration, nice wooden floors, very clean wardrobes, the bathrooms are very clean, nice and comfortable. in the winter the heating is working perfectly 24h/7 and there are airconditions for the summer. the staff is very friendly and the breakfast delicious with a big variety of foods and drinks. the area is perfect with a park in front and with easy access to any place in vienna . needless to say that this hotel is our choice since 2003 almost every year.

Una ottima vacanza

L'albergo per la sua posizione centrale è consigliato a tutti.appena cento metri di distanza vi trovate la linea della metro u2 che permette, grazie ad ulteriori collegamenti, di muoversi con tranquillità per la città. e' consigliabile l'acquisto della vienna card considerato i prezzi dei biglietti one way € 1.80 a persona.nella vicinanza si trovano buoni ristoranti dove mangiare dei prodotti tipici locali.l'unico problema è che durante le feste religiose vienna i negozi di vienna sono tutti chiusi

Met all my requirements

I was very happy with my stay here. i chose this hotel because of its location near the freud museum but it is ideally situated just off the ringstrasse. i was really worried to see the amount of building work going on at the hotel and the adjacent votive church, but i must say that i was not disturbed by this at any point - a remarkable achievement. i was glad i had chosen a 'superior' room - i cannot comment on the standard rooms. breakfast was excellent.

Stay at regina

Room was good and beds comfortable but the duvet was too small. heating was difficult to control. cleaning of room was good and breakfast was excellent. the cost of the internet connection was too much and should have been free, expecially for a superior room. noises from other rooms were too easily heard.

Super stay in vienna

I was in vienna with my mum & getting a twin with 2 bathrooms for 2 women made a stay in this hotel even more comfortable. would recommend this hotel to everyone, it is situated just near old town.

A night in a 100e box.

In the end of july the hotel seemd to be very full. we had a very little room, the bathroom was like in a cheap boat. the breakfast was ok, but very busy. the staff didn't seem very cordial, they were polite thugh.

Wonderful vienna!

My holiday with my partner was very succesful partly because of this hotel regina. atmosphere in the hotel was exactly what i was looking for - reminded me about the history of vienna. service was good, but not too tight. location was good too, only five minutes walk to the central. propably i will go back to this hotel when i visit vienna next time!
