I travel to belfast for business regularly and this was one of the better hotel experiences. room was basic and spotlessly clean, breakfast was good and my night's sleep was peaceful! it was well-priced, especially since i only booked it the week before. a shame there wasn't free wifi in the rooms though.

We telephoned the hotel as we were travelling to it just to confirm the booking and we were told that the booking did not exist but we advised that we had confirmation of it but they insisted tehre was no booking so we turned and went back home. the next dau we pphoned the hotel to again be told there was no booking but when we were put through to the manager he found it and apologised for the error and sent us through a gift voucher for an overnight stay with breakfast
