A little bit far from attractions, but public transport is on doorstep (bus and light rail) direct bus to old city (128 and 175) front staff very friendly and helpful breakfasts very high quality

Sehr schöne super modern ausgestattete zimmer. alles tip top sauber. bequeme betten. deutsche fernsehprogramme. abwechslungsreiches, reichhaltiges frühstück. freundliches personal. top lage, 5min vom hauptbahnhof. straßenbahnhaltestelle vor dem hotel. günstiger preis.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene . il personale è stato molto affabile e ha risposto con competenza e gentilezza a ogni nostra richiesta. lo consigliamo vivamente. molto comoda la posizione dell'hotel, la linea tram e del bus a 100 metri. ottima la colazione.

Generally, the stay was ok. we had the top floor. the room is spacious. the bathroom is small but clean. the down side of it - the air conditioner in the room did not work. we could not sleep because of the warm temperature in the room. at 2a.m., we finally called the front desk, they sent an engineer. he checked and he said in polish that it was ok, but it didn't help. (at least there is someone on duty.) we decided to open the window instead, but the size of the window is too small for a lot air to flow in. breakfast is good, a lot of choices. service is a bit slow during breakfast peak hour possibly due to a lot of customer, yet acceptable.

The hotel is in an excellent location - trams and buses 30 secs. away. two stops on the tram to main railway station. rooms very clean. breakfast choice amazing. staff very polite and helpful. also used the beauty salon - great staff. did not have to book this. only criticism - high cost of using the internet. have stayed there three years ago, and this year recommended it to two of my sisters who also highly enjoyed their stay there.

I previously stayed here 30 months ago. this visit was a pleasant surprise. i found all the staff very friendly, the food good, and the rooms comfortable. my only complaint was the lack of working air conditioning which i queried but was not told the true situation - a bit annoying. the reception can be slow - not enough staff on duty. there are only 3 lifts to serve the upper floors, and at busy times you can wait a long time for a lift. also i could not find a shoe polishing machine.

Very good room price. other cost like bar and internet was over expensive. too much smoke in the bar and therefore very unpleasant for non smokers.

Nice and clean hotel. tramways and busses stops right outside the hotel so it´s very easy to travel around the city. short walk to town with some really nice restaurants on the way.
