All staff friendly and helpful. no wine glasses or cutlery in room! too much background noise from outside .....perhaps laundry building located very close to rooms.

Arrived late and had an early check out (connecting flights lhr). check in went quite efficient. went to the bar with a friend of mine: quite a lot going on .. had a rather interesting evening there. pricing as usual in hotel bars. room was clean and the bed was fantastic for such a short stay! did not go for breakfast, can't comment on the buffet. as usual for radisson they lived up to my high expectations with them.

This hotel is excellent! the rooms are spacious and clean. the service offered by the staff is very good; and the food was quite good too. enjoyed our stay and will use the hotel again... probably for one of my passion4life.org seminars. thank you.
